Returns Policy

Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Customized or special order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team using designated Email or telephone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns made without an RMA number may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Inspection and Approval:

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
If the return is approved, a refund or store credit will be issued, depending on the customer's preference.

5. Refund Process:
