Product Overview
This 70° Accupath miniature screw-in wedge is designed for use with 6 mm diameter UT probes where compact wedge size and higher-angle sound entry are required. The wedge is suitable for conventional ultrasonic angle beam weld inspection, small weld inspection, structural weld examination, and compact NDT applications.
The compact 6 mm probe configuration supports inspection in areas where larger probes and wedges may not be suitable. The 70° angle configuration is selected when the approved inspection procedure requires higher-angle beam entry for weld coverage and flaw detection.
