Payment Terms

An advance of 100% of the estimated total shall be payable by Bank Transfer. We accept credit

card and debit card payment also. If required let us know provide payment link.

Bank charges: During a bank transfer, sender local bank charges are in Clint scope and Receiver local bank charges are our scope.

Shipping

Shipping by AIR at purchaser responsibility from our warehouse, Inspection and Acceptance: The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon arrival and notifying the seller

within 10 days of any discrepancies, defects or damages. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the goods.

Returns Policy

Any product purchased from The Sonic is covered by our guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied by any of our products for whatever reason, we will issue you with a full refund

(excluding postage costs). Simply return the unwanted item in its original saleable condition, within 30 days of

purchase and we will refund you.

Dispatch Inspection

As our products are of established quality and we guarantee fault free performance,

inspection before dispatch by you / your consultants are not envisaged to be necessary. If you insist to have an

inspection before dispatch, our standard inspection will be made subject to our receipt of your request.

Order Cancellation

In case of cancellation of LOI/PO following charges will be paid by the purchaser: -20% From the PO.

Force Majeure

The seller is not liable for failure to perform any obligation under the proforma invoice due to

circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, embargoes, natural

disasters, or transport strikes.
